Please understand that certain flowers are more perishable than others and our hot tropical climate does not help in lengthening flower life.
However, we do go to great lengths in ensuring that our products are fresh, stored and handled with extreme care to prolong their freshness.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all products.

If the flowers delivered are not fresh, one red lily will deliver another bouquet of equivalent value at no charge. one red lily will also replace any gift that is faulty at no charge. However, complaints must be received within 24 hours of the time of delivery.

Should one red lily not be able to deliver the flowers and /or gifts due to any human error on our part, the customer shall be entitled to a complimentary bouquet which shall be delivered without charge and upon request to anyone that the customer designates.

We will refund your money should you as the customer remain totally dissatisfied.

Our Guarantee on Non-Floral Deliveries

All our products are backed up by an unconditonal money-back guarantee or free replacement. We should be notified of any problem immediately upon receipt of products. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund if such request is not received by us on a timely basis.
